The parking space is in the building's courtyard, behind an electric gate. From the courtyard you step straight onto the pedestrian seafront of Via Roma without crossing any road: the car stays put until you decide to leave Castiglione.

Two bedrooms, a terrace and the sea in front
Second floor, renovated in 2024, facing south-east: from the living room and the terrace you look out over the sea and the pedestrian Via Roma promenade.
The open-plan living room has a fully equipped kitchenette and a large glass door onto the terrace, which has an awning, so in summer you can eat outside. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and a single, and two bathrooms, both with a shower.

Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche Urlaub in Castiglione della Pescaia. Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos, und war sehr modern und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und würden wieder kommen.
Perfect everything. Steps from the beach, new, clean, comfortable, 2 bathrooms, excellent walkable to everywhere. 6-stars if possible.
We only wished we stayed for longer! Host was very responsive and made check in easy. Good location next to the beach with a sea view from the balcony. Lovely clean and modern apartment with comfy beds and a good shower! Short walk to supermarket and lots of lovely restaurants in the town.

Posizione ottimale. Completamente di fronte al mare (la strada pedonale divide l'appartamento dalla spiaggia). Il centro, con tutti i locali e servizi (bar, ristoranti, negozi), è ad appena qualche centinaia di metri dall'appartamento. Appartamento pulito, ben organizzato in tutto.
Wir haben uns im Appartement Mayflower sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite, das Check-In war also sehr einfach. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe bekamen wir noch eine Flasche Vino bianco, so konnten wir direkt auf unsere Ferien anstossen. Über den dazu gehörigen Parkplatz hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet für 5 Personen, die Betten sehr bequem und in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, 2 Badezimmer zu haben. Die Bäckerei gegenüber verkauft sehr leckere Cornetti, weitere Restaurants und kleine Läden sind fussläufig super erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Sehr schöne Wohnung an perfekter Lage und eingezäuntem Parkplatz. Der öffentliche Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus und das hübsche Städtchen ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Es war immer jemand zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt am Strand und die Wohnung super sauber und hatte alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Sie ist sehr geräumig und alles funktioniert einwandfrei, der Balkon hat eine super Sicht auf das Meer. Parken kann man das Auto sicher auf dem Hof, wo es hinter Toren sicher ist. Rundum eine super Unterkunft, 5 Minuten Fussweg am Strand entlang in die Stadt & nur eine Minute zum nächsten Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Het appartement was erg mooi! Perfecte ligging letterlijk aan het strand en op loopafstand van andere winkels en restaurants. Het appartement was ruim, netjes en had alle nodige voorzieningen. Zeer fijn verblijf!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, direkt am Strand. Sehr sauber. Küche und Bad top ausgestattet. Man kann schön an der Strandpromenade entlang in die Stadt spazieren. Alles perfekt.

Why MayFlower?
The Mayflower was the English ship that crossed the Atlantic in 1620, taking the Pilgrims from Plymouth to the New World. After more than two months at sea she reached Cape Cod, where Plymouth Colony was founded. The voyage is still remembered every year at Thanksgiving.
We chose the name because this flat is a landing place too: "a dock overlooking the sea", where the journey ends and the holiday begins.

From December to March Castiglione della Pescaia is a quiet seaside town: empty beaches, clear sunsets and mild weather. From the apartment you watch the winter sea from a heated living room, 50 metres from the beach.
